Nicole Cruceanu

Nicole is an enthusiastic and motivated individual whose career path in physiotherapy is due to her love of health, sports and fitness. Growing up as a dancer, her passion and interest in the anatomy and biomechanics of the human body drove her to where she is today.

Nicole completed her undergraduate degree at the Australian Catholic University in North Sydney where she gained knowledge and clinical experience in a wide range of physiotherapy areas however always had a keen interest to work in private practice.

Upon completion of her degree Nicole spent time working as a paediatric physiotherapist treating children experiencing gross motor delays, postural/stability concerns and other common paediatric conditions. She also recently volunteered in Romania to assist in physical therapy with children suffering from musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Nicole is a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science (IADMS) and has a keen interest for improving dancers’ health through muscle retraining and injury prevention. She has completed her Mat Pilates course with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and strives to inspire clients to understand their bodies and help them return to optimal function by improving flexibility, strength and body awareness.
